Responsibilities:
- Serve as a hospitality and service subject matter expert
- Ensure a remarkable dining experience for all guests by fostering a welcoming and efficient atmosphere.
- Set team goals, share scores visually, and celebrate accomplishments
- Develop efficient front-of-house processes and procedures and effectively communicate them with the team
- Partner with leadership team to ensure team members are properly trained on Chick-fil-A’s hospitality models (CORE 4, 2nd Mile Service, Guest Recovery)
- Provide feedback and coaching to front-of-house team members and leaders
- Address and respond to customer comments (CARES) within 24 hours
Qualifications and Skills:
- Heart for serving others
- Positive and encouraging attitude
- Effective communication skills
- Customer service experience, restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
