Job Description: The Operations Manager is responsible for managing activities that are part of the production of goods and services. Their direct responsibilities include managing both the operations process, the skills of the people following the process, increasing productivity and efficiency, performance improvement, and operations strategy. Report to the Director of Operations.

Interpret CEM feedback, analyze trends, and implement service-enhancing strategies for areas of improvement 
  • Speed of Service = 76%

Responsibilities of the Operation Manager include:
  • General tasks such as:
    • Attendance (Call-outs and other time punch issues)
    • Change Fund Money Count
    • Labor/Productivity analysis
    • Operational tasks including iPOS, drinks, food handling, stocking, etc.
    • Operating marketing Events that have an impact on operations
    • Inventory count and maintenance 
    • Ordering as necessary
  • Ensure all Team Members are working under the standards of operation by working alongside and training Team Members to training requirements
  • Adhere to and enforce Food Safety and sanitation standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests and resolve complaints in an efficient and friendly manner
Drive-Thru:
  • Understand and lead the flow of the drive-thru traffic
  • Monitor order accuracy and speed of service
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement efficiency solutions
  • Coach and deploy team members effectively
Hospitality:
  • Train team members on proactive guest care and recovery
  • Develop team members in consistent second-mile service and genuine hospitality
Kitchen:
  • Understand food safety protocols and quality standards
  • Support BOH leaders in kitchen flow and support overall operations
Requirements and skills:
  • Goal-oriented and problem solver
  • Time management skills and ability to multitask
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding poise in a fast-paced business environment
  • Superior and consistent leadership skills
Preferred qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a business or marketing field of study
  • Experience as a leader food service operations
  • Years of Experience: 2
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish
  • This is a full time position.
  • This person must be skilled in time management.
  • This person must be self-directed and highly organized.
  • This person must master all knowledge and skills of every position in the Restaurant. 
Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
